
I am happy to inform that Google Ads had approved us for accessing Google Ads API data. This project documents the situation which took us to get the approval and the how this applies to the business model.
Google Ads API approved the basic level. At this stage, we generate (to certain extent) Google Ads automated basic reports for our customers, using date ranges and pulling basic information such as impressions, clicks and total cost. This helps with accountability, supports the value proposition and the customer relationship - how our customers perceive value.

Our solution for psychologists continues to show traction with our customers - our psychologists customers always received - to some extent - reports on what is going on with their Google Ads campaign. Some of our leading customers had also expressed - required - to get the reports in sync as their weekly campaign resumes.
Weplex Communications, we run marketing campaigns for professionals, with the vertical psychologists, in Brazil. They use our Site/Landing page function and also the Marketing Function, Google Ads. They are happy with our high performance landing pages which works for their prospects, so Ads spending reports (Impressions, Clicks, Keywords, Location and the basic data) is key for them. At this point, report for basic data is critical. Later ON/OFF for campaigns, setting changing week schedules (MTWTSS).

Business Model: Our Weplex marketing assistant service helps professionals - psychologists and other mental health professionals in Brazil - to run digital marketing campaigns and get results, clients. We help them starting with marketing goals/strategy where outputs involve, on one hand, the site/landing page presence/functionality, and on the other hand their ads, through Google Ads, delivered to specific regions on specific hours of the week. The relationship - Ads/Landing Pages - is fine tuned.

Tool Access/Use: Our internal tool is going to by ourselves (our managers or an employee) to access and generate a report for these search ads. We will produce a report that will be sent to them via a messaging platform from our robot notification service. This will be private to them and we may generate PDF reports from the data, ourselves, or video/voice reporting too, with the intention of communicating in strategic ways. We may run the process, collecting these reports, with an internal command, or eventually via a cron-based (system method) approach.
At this point, we plan to pull the basic reporting data, store, and generate friendly data to be sent to our professional clients, via a messaging system. We currently take (by hand) impressions/clicks for a given period, with the basic data of costs/%. Location matters, hours too, the data for the day so that we may consider building a graph too, and keywords. We may also use/appreciate the information on demographics (male/female and age).
We are going towards play/pause and setting schedule, first. Later we may well enjoy and take advantage of this so much that it may well set us to want more here, such as to create new Campaigns - for the scenario we know it works, the professionals case we briefly documented here.
